These terms govern your use of the ChauffeurPilot marketing website and related public materials operated by Neurodek. Use of the paid or trial product is also subject to any order form, subscription agreement, or in-product terms presented at signup.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or service: no unauthorised access, scraping that impairs availability, distribution of malware, or use that violates applicable law. Operator accounts must be used only by authorised staff of the contracting organisation.
Accounts and trials
If you create an account at app.chauffeurpilot.com, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your organisation’s tenancy. Trials may be limited in features, duration, or capacity.
Intellectual property
ChauffeurPilot, the logo mark, and site content are owned by Neurodek or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or rebrand the product except as expressly permitted in writing.
Disclaimer
Marketing pages describe product capability in good faith but are not a warranty. The service is provided “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurodek disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurodek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site. Liability for the paid product is governed by your customer agreement.
