This policy describes how Neurodek (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit ChauffeurPilot marketing sites, contact us, or use related product surfaces we operate (including app.chauffeurpilot.com and help.chauffeurpilot.com).
Who we are

Data we collect
- Contact details you send us (name, email, company, message content).
- Account and usage data when you create or use an operator account — as described in-product and in your organisation’s agreement.
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and reliability.
How we use data
- Respond to sales, support, and partnership enquiries.
- Provide, secure, and improve the ChauffeurPilot service.
- Meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use marketing-site contact forms to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Sharing
We use processors (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under contract to operate the service. Operator customer data is processed under the applicable customer agreement and instructions of the organisation that holds the account.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the conversation and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymise them. Product data retention follows the customer agreement and operational backups.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. Contact us at hello@chauffeurpilot.com to exercise these rights.
